It all adds up to a complete wine made to be enjoyed until the queue forms for the next release.
This winery has made a nice Sauvignon Blanc as far back as I can remember. The 2016 is a linear, precise example, tightly focused and crisp on the finish. The ample pineapple and grapefruit aromas and flavors are zesty and refreshing.
Vivid and grassy up front, with plenty of punch to the passion fruit and lime flavors. Intense on the long, juicy finish. Drink now. 200 cases imported.
