Produced from a blend of indigenous Basque apple varieties, Zabala is a delicious, authentic expression of the local sidra from the province of Guipuzkoa. It's very tangy to be sure, but also expressive, appley, and once you've developed a taste for it, very little if anything else will do! Enjoy it with cheeses, charcuterie, tortilla espanola, or even as they do locally during the celebration of the new cider release, with a nicely grilled bone in ribeye steak.
