A blend of two indigenous red grapes in Sumoll and Mando, as well as an indigenous white one in Xarel-lo, this is bright, crunchy, thirst quenching red! Definitely on the "natural wine," side of things, with its low 12% alcohol and raspy, bright fruit, this cuvee from Mas Candi manages to keep it fresh and clean, without any of the pungency, animal or nutty qualities often shown by wine made without added sulphur. Delicious!
