Another Burgundian release, the 2012 Pinot Noir Schultze Family Vineyard Wild Yeast offers lots of forest floor, light cherry, spice-box and dried autumn leaves to go with a medium-bodied, supple, lightly textured and balanced feel on the palate. It's pretty, well made, and has enough depth and structure to drink nicely through 2022. (JD)
