The Umberto Briganti Amaro Camatti is an ode to the man who first produced this Genoese specialty in 1923. The Sangallo Distillery was established in 1964 in one of the five villages that comprise the Cinque Terre of the Italian coast. Current owners Stefano Bergamino and Camilla Moggia recently acquired the rights to produce this artisanal Amaro according to Umberto's original, secret recipe. Quinine, menthol, gentian, and amaretto are hallmark features of the profile.
