Maybe the most unusual of the broVo vermouths, this is a base wine of Pinot Noir Rose. It gets cooked up with a proprietary blend of 26 herbs and spices and shows a great balance between spice, citrus, herbaceous, and floral characteristics. There is a great creaminess to this one that is just begging to be served as an aperitif. Pour it over ice and add a splash of club soda and your afternoon just got a lot better.
