From the brewer: "Look to METAPLEX when you are weary from battling foes and require an earthy recharge of rejuvenating hop-juice. Pairs well with a Caesar Salad and Fish n Chips due to the floral flavors and dry palate cleansing body. Our holy grail– extracting pineapple hop aroma and unleashing a barrage of floral, papaya, and blueberry grove of flavor on the palate. That said, a good IPA must always be a balanced one, allowing for food to be tasted and enjoyed simultaneously."
