Producer notes: "The Savagnin grape variety is exclusive to the Jura region, and gives, after 4 or 5 years in small barrels, a white wine more perfumed and powerful than the Côtes du Jura white. Open 3 to 4 hours before drinking, and serve at a temperature of 16 degrees with the same dishes as you would serve with a Vin Jaune. Can be kept for many years."
