Another Corsican gem, made from 50% Niellucciu, 35% Sciaccarellu and 15% Grenache, showcasing precisely why these ebullient wines have become such food-friendly favorites. Red berries and stone fruits sing from the glass, but in this instance are joined in harmony by a subtle pepper note, probably from the Sciacarellu. Plenty of juicy acidity to ballast the luscious, enticing flavors—a plate of fresh charcuterie or a Nicoise salad would be a stunning match. Enjoy!
