The delight in drinking many rosés, apart from their attractive price, lies in their versatility, the ability to work the table with a wide array of dishes, leaving palates refreshed and invigorated. Under the radar Corsican rosés, crafted from obscure native grapes like ‘Sciaccarellu’ could win a spelling bee, but they also prove that crisp texture, lovely acidity and enticing red fruits can charm anyone. Proof that the right choice is often neither red nor white, but pink!
