From the producer: "Vermouth Perucchi was the first Spanish vermouth. It was first
made in 1876 by Don Augustus Perucchi. Its delicate flavour is
the result of an accurate selection of wines and sweet wines
macerated with a secret combination of more than 50 kinds
of herbs, plants and roots.
With the aim of maintaining tradition and authenticity, many
of the deposits where the mix is aged are the same centuries-
old soleras that Don Augustus Perucchi started with.
Within each bottle of Vermouth Perucchi, there is a small percentage
of vermouth of more than 150 years.
Color: Intense, bright, ruby shades characteristic of
a Great Reserve.
Aroma: Subtle and vegetal aromas together with
the elegance that brings the traditional oak and nutty
end. It remains you the ancestral vermouths.
Palate: Balanced and slightly bitter. Soft but long in
the palate. Provides you with an exceptional pleasure.
Aftertaste: Spectacular combination of aromas
and flavours, whose complexity makes the
7 Degrees Baume Sugar content."
