If you happen to somehow find your happy soul in the vicinity of Limoux on a weekend during January and February, you may be joyfully besieged by colorfully festooned revelers and masked merrymakers dancing and carousing, and likely imbibing plenty of bubbles, as they've done every year for over 400 years. And if perchance you can't make it there, fret not, for many of those same delicious sparkling wines beckon local revelers from our shelves, frilly costumes optional. Crafted from old vines grown at altitude from a 'triptych of terroirs', the wines of Antech attest to the best from Limoux, and the Heritage brings it all together, with generous bubbles and captive flavors of Asian pear, fig, citrus and late summer fruits, dry and pleasant on the finish. Dressed up or dressed down, this attractive traditional sparkler is a true carnival of delights!
