Allen Meadows writes: "Michel Caillot, nephew of Pierre Morey, has changed the name of this 14 ha domaine from Roger to his own. Caillot believes in a full 24 months of élevage, which has become relatively rare in modern Burgundy. Note however that for his whites, Caillot gives them 12 months in cask and then 12 months in stainless to avoid over-oaking or potentially drying them out."
