18 months in French oak. More meaty on the nose – makes me think of roast duck and cranberry sauce. Vibrant red-fruited tang at the heart, radiating out on broad-shouldered but attractively sculptured tannins. This is fabulous. Fresh, grippy, authentic. Great balance.
