From La Maison Antech, located in the Southern France region of the Languedoc, comes this beautiful example of Cremant de Limoux. Named after the grande dame of the estate, Eugenie Limouzy, this Cremant is produced along the lines of methode champenoise and spends 12 months on the lees before being disgorged.
