Tasting Notes

Guadalupe Valley is about two-thirds the size of Napa Valley in California, and was first planted with grape vines by Russian immigrants in 1904. Weather conditions are similar to that of southwestern France. Adobe Guadalupe tends 60 acres of vines which are tended with the highest of care, and their first vintage was in 2000. The wines are balanced and carry a fruity characteristic indicative of their latitude. Gabriel is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec.
