Domaine de la Colombe is based in the village of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, located at elevations between 900 and 1,300 feet. The terroir includes clay-limestone soils in combination with sandier soils in the valley.

    Very much a Provençal rosé in its lightness, and approachability. It also has what most people consider the "Provence light salmon color". It is fruity but completely dry!

    What can I say about a wine that is elegant, light, crisp, refreshingly mineral driven and will not require a budget? I think I said what needs to be said. I can drink big red wines even in Hot summer days of Los Angeles but when I tried this liquid feather like Rose' that had flavor, personality and elegance, I kind of questioned myself for not drinking this wine all the time! So do yourself a favor and get a taste of this mind blowing Rose'. Your welcome!!

    This is a fruity style of rose that finishes dry, clean and crisp. The aromas of fresh mixed berries and sparkling mineral water fairly jump from the glass when poured. The mouth watering middle is filled with juicy watermelon and ripe red fruits that persist on the lingering, palate teasing finish. Delicious and refreshing.
