The Middlebury Vermont distillery produces several exceptional gins. In particular, the Peregrine makes a stunning Martini with its spice focus of cumin, cassia, and cardamom. Select your favorite vermouth (or none at all) stir on ice and twist with an orange peel. You'll be glad you did!
