Rich Olorosso and very well made vodka combine remarkably well. This begins as Source One's excellent estate made oat vodka and is then rested for 20-30 days in wet Spanish Olorosso casks. It picks up a ridiculous amount of color and flavor in that time and the rich texture of the vodka carries it perfectly.
