Produced since 1988 only with Verdicchio grapes vinified with the method of cryomaceration. It matures in steel and partly in toasted oak barrels for at least a year and is refined for another year in the bottle. The complexity of the production is the complexity of its organoleptic heritage: the Marche hills, the Mediterranean sun, floral aromas, vanilla, great structure, savory, persuasive, harmonious. To be consumed with very elaborate fish dishes, white meats, semi-mature cheeses, strong first courses at temperatures around 15 ° C."
