Doc Herson distills hand crafted spirits without any artificial additives of any kind. The good Doctor honed his art as a hobby in a Harlem basement. Every product is made to exacting standards the old-fashioned way, from scratch. Few apothecary style distillers work with such commitment to quality and the resulting portfolio of wonderful and unusual offerings is as exciting as it is delicious. The ethos relies on only the highest quality ingredients, traditional techniques and invigorating inventiveness. A contemporary amaro that doesn't forget its roots. The complex recipe boasts turkish rhubarb, myrtle leaf, bitter orange and black cardamom among the 23 ingredients.
