You read correctly, this vodka is distilled from whey! Before you start thinking of Little Miss Muffet, let me tell you that this might be the best vodka we carry in the entire store, period. The purity of the distillate and the clean finish will destroy all faith in big brand loyalty. Try a bottle of the Broken Shed and just try going back to your standard vodka selection. This is as impressive as vodka gets. 90 points Beverage Testing Institute: "Clear color. Aromas of fresh cream and hint of fresh fennel with a supple, crisp, dryish light-to-medium body and a medium-length cream puff and powdered sugar finish. I sampled this at a recent tasting in our store and was really delighted! In general I am not a fan of sipping spirits, but I found this vodka to have enough body and smoothness that it was quite enjoyable on its own. There was very little burn, and it didn't even need to be chilled to go down smoothly. This would be a great base for a vodka martini.

Surprisingly easy to drink as I found myself sipping this light, refreshing and tasty vodka. Mind you, I'm not a vodka person at all, but I found myself enjoying this one and it's relative freshness that is very palatable on it's own or in a dirty martini. I'm buying this one for all my vodka loving friends!
