Tercero is dedicated to small lot, hand crafted wines from vineyards throughout Santa Barbara County. Winery note: "This is my 4th release of one of my favorite wines to make, and this one is as good if not better than all of my previous releases. This wine is a blend of 40% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, and 20% Carignane. Each component was brought in separately, aggressively foot stomped, fermented, then pressed off and combined into one stainless tank for aging for about 3 months. Yep, it saw no oak whatsoever. The subsequent wine is bright and fresh and ‘crushable’ either on its own or with a variety of foods - meat and cheese platters, salads, even ahi tuna poke! A perfect sipper for those not too into wine, but geeky enough for those who are! Best served slightly chilled - yep, try it and see for yourself!"
