Winery Notes: A blend of 76% Pinot Noir, 12% Syrah, 7% Cinsault, 5% Grenache. This beautiful still rosé was fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep the wine crisp and bright, then fined and filtered. Aromas of rose petals, violets, ripe strawberry, fresh sage, saline minerality. The coastal pinot noir gives this wine that peak-of-season strawberry flavor that you’d pay $10 a basket for at the farmer’s market. This edition is made even more special by the addition of syrah, grenache and cinsault - creating a scent memory of a fresh ocean breeze running through a field of sage. Try with tacos, Mediterranean food, charcuterie, soft cheeses, oven roasted vegetables."
