Somewhat surprisingly, this is quite aromatically similar to the La Garenne but with more citrus elements in play. The middle weight flavors are not quite as vibrant or mineral driven, but they possess a more refined and caressing mouthfeel, all wrapped in a lingering finish that is supported by citrus-tinged acidity. This is also really quite pretty and if it adds a bit more depth it may well catch the La Garenne in time.
