Tasting Notes
The 2018 Saldo is a blend of 85% Zinfandel and 15% of Petite Sirah and Syrah that aged in a mix of mostly neutral American and French oak barrels. The grapes come from a mix of vineyards in Dry Creek Valley, Lodi and the Sierra Nevada foothills.
