As soon as rosé season begins, I seek the one that stands out from the crowd, and this year it is this must-have Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley. The red berry fruit and hints of wild herbs combined with delectable complexity and texture make this a stunning rosé gastronomique that pairs with practically any dish: chicken, fish, steak, lots of cheese, salad, anything. Or, if you're not hungry, that's OK. This is wonderful on its own, too.
