NAMGIN begins with an eau de vie of dates. This flavorful and complex base spirit sets NAMGIN apart from nearly all other gins, which typically start with a neutral base. The dates are farmed and harvested on location at the Naute Kristall distillery in Keetmanshoop, Namibia. The fermented date mash alcohol is then tranformed into three distinct spirits: a classic juniper extraction with Java pepper and cardamom, spiced spirit with cinnamon, ginger, lavender, rosemary, peppermint, coriander, and acacia flowers and a citrus brandy from oranges, lemons and limes. After several weeks of rest, the NAMGIN gets its unmistakable quality from a blend of these three special spirits. The resulting gin is unlike any other on the market today, truly a product of the beautiful landscape from which it hails.
