This white wine based aperitif is vinified in Luberon and steeped with peaches from Durance. Using the flesh, stones and leaves of multiple varietals, cane sugar and fortifying alcohol, this refreshingly intense peach aperitif is a classic of southern French summer cooling culture. Enjoy it on the rocks, with soda or in a cocktail.
