Hill Chardonnay sees some oak aging, but with a very small percentage of new oak so that the overall
contribution of the oak is to give a richer palate texture to the wine. The aromas are of pear and
honeysuckle, with lemon curd showing as well. It has a creamy, pleasant weight on the palate and fresh,
