Using the ancient tradition of processing corn called nixtamalization, Abasolo has produced one of the most unique, flavorful, and visually stunning bottles of liqueur on the market. The deep and intense corn flavors present are balanced perfectly with a litle sweetness from fully matured hominy. True to place they use local heirloom corn varieties from the birthplace of corn itself. Presented in a specacular corn on the cob bottle this liqueur is sure to please and open endless cocktailing possibilities.
