A habanero spirit made using a unique high-pressure, low-temperature distilling process that removes the capsaicin, the painfully spicy active component in the chilis. The malt spirit is infused with both fresh habanero and habanero vinegar before the low-temp distillation. Pleasantly floral and with fruity notes you wouldn’t typically associate with habaneros. Made from a base of naked barley, pearled barley, pilsner malt, Belgian Saison yeast, and koji, the overall effect is eye-opening, but never eye-watering.
