Late harvested, the grapes Ripoli (40%), Ginestra (30%) and Fenile (30%) are very rich, showing the minerality of this coastal range’s dolomitic soils. Gold in the glass, it has a kind of bittersweet character, with dried apricot and candy floss. Lemony and zesty in the mouth, with a tight palate and almost aggressive acidity that’s integrated with the fruit. The amazing length is shared by toasty oak and the iodine character of the grapes.
