  A faint note of Damask rose plays around the ripe pear aroma on the nose of this wine. The palate brings in a pleasantly bitter edge of citrus pith to counter the rich, rounded fruit. Harmonious, off dry and entirely fruit-driven, the wine has a fresh finish. (AK)
