Winemaker's Notes: "Rosewood Vineyard aka Buddha’s Dharma Vineyard
, was planted in the 40’s on alluvial soils. It is
dry farmed & organic. The fruit was
whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in neutral, cigar barrels for 12 months. The
last 4 months the wine was put in stainless steel barrels with a total élevage of 18 months.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered in March 2020."
