Garrique bush and flowers bouquet; the vines have grown another dimension, as has the flavour intensity, which is almost shocking - sour lemon, fresh-cut herbs, red apple.

Pale-ish colour, with a fresh apple aroma, bright and clean if just a touch straightforward. The wine comes into its own in the mouth; it’s fresh and vibrant, crisp and crunchy, with concentrated flavour of fresh apples again, and there's a peppery, almost volcanic powdery or dusty note on the nose, which is undoubtedly varietal. The finish is clean, refreshing and long. A delicious and impressive wine. - Huon Hooke (The Real Review)

The 2018 Assyrtiko (the third commercial vintage), boasts attractive aromas of green plums and citrus. It's medium-bodied, plump and fleshy, balanced by plenty of lime zest on the crisp, mouthwatering finish.

Impressive for the intensity and mouthwatering acidity, this white starts with a core of vivid Meyer lemon and green melon flavors and a hint of beeswax. A note of freshly grated ginger weaves in and out on the long finish. Drink now.

Australia's first Assyrtiko plantings continue to deliver a ripe citrus tone, with hints of green herbs and seashell. The palate offers a slick texture, bright acidity and a long, saline and citrus finish.
