"My name is Sophie Guiraudon and I am a winemaker since ZERO generation!", says Sophie proudly. Sophie was working in other peoples' wineries in southern France for years. In 2000, Sophie started her own bio-dynamic, organic winery. She wanted to grow grapes that her son could eat right off of the vines. The "Lolo de l'Anhel" is typically a blend of 81% of Carignan, 10% of Syrah, 7% of Grenache Noir, and 2% Mourvèdre. The grapes are hand picked, gently vacuum pressed, and finished with 100% tank aging.
