Baudry's Les Granges may be his workhorse Chinon but it always lands as one of the sexiest and most fulfilling Chinons released each year. From vines aged 30+ years all planted over sand and gravelly soils, this is bright, refreshing and exotic. All fermentation and elevage are done in concrete tanks preserving that vibrant fruit. An outstanding value from one of the leaders in Chinon.
