Pineau Des Charentes is a fabulous region aperitif that has a great balance between high acidity, sweetness, savory and oxidative notes. Jean-Luc Pasquet's tiny 7.5 acre plot in Grande Champagne is responsible for some of the finest Pineau you'll find.
