This unctuous dessert wine hailing from the remote island of Pantelleria 62 miles off the coast of Sicily (and even closer to Tunisia) is redolent of dried stone and candied fruits and is the best way to end a meal. In fact, skip the pie, this is all you need. The D'Ancona family has been producing wine on the island since 1920.
