Their '96 was hailed by wine writer Robert Parker as 'one of the best values I have discovered this year.' The wine comes from just outside the appellation of Ribera del Duero (less than 10 miles from Vega Sicilia!). With state-of-the-art technology and winemaker Pascal Delbeck of Chateau Ausone consulting, there's no doubting the winery's potential. Is this Pomerol in the Duero?
