The 1994 Firebreak exhibits Sangiovese's tell-tale new saddle leather, sour cherry, spicy, richly fruity nose. Spicy, cedar, tobacco-like flavors cascade across the palate with enough acidity for freshness, but no real tannic clout. (RP)
