It exhibits medium to full-bodied, clean blackcurrant fruit, a subtle touch of oak, adequate acidity, and a spicy, long finish... Jordan's Cabernet is to be applauded for its mouthfilling and pleasingly supple style that is delicious young yet can age well for 12-16 years. This winery is so successful that it is almost impossible to find their wines except on this country's finer restaurant wine lists. (RP)
